To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $19.99 per month. Your subscription includes access to all features and tools included in the plan selected.
New users receive a 14-day free trial period. After the trial period expires, your account will be charged at the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start the free trial.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards. You agree to provide valid payment information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at partners@theaisuperheroes.com to request review.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
The Service, including all software, code, design, graphics, text, and other content, is the intellectual property of TheAISuperHeroes or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
Any content you upload, including website data, is your intellectual property. By providing such content, you grant us a license to analyze, process, and use that data to provide the Service and generate reports and recommendations.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written permission. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying technology of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEAISUPERHEROES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheAISuperHeroes, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
